(07/28/10) For those of you who don't update the calendar on your
website for the entire
month,
but update them weekly, please send me your dances for the month
now. I load
those dances on the last day of each month.
I don't check calendars again after the end of the month, unless you
are an ad holder.

JULY COMMON SENSE REBORN ARTICLE
POSTS
(07/29/10) The Common Sense Reborn article for July has now posted.
Although, the July
article was supposed to be the final article of this series, my eye
surgery did not allow me
to work much on it. Therefore, because of the length of the
article, I have decided to split
it into two parts, like the June article, and post the final article
in August.

The July article puts everything into perspective and gives plenty of
suggestions on how
we can
improve conditions in our country. It is Part I of two parts.
The second part is
scheduled to be published 8/10/10. It will give the heavy duty Common
Sense Solutions
to many
of the major problems of this country and how we can bring true equality to
this
nation
for all American citizens, no matter what their race, religion, sex, color,
creed,
religion, national origin, ancestry, age or disability. The solution
has always been there.
However,we have
just failed, or refused to see it.
Everything is falling neatly into place. Once the final article, in
August, has been published
for two
weeks, all of the articles will be taken down and the Common Sense Reborn
website
will
be used as a
promotion for the book that I am writing by the same name.
Once the
articles have all been carefully screened, edited again, and updated, I plan
to seek
a
publisher for this book. I am strongly considering putting a twist on
this book, and
publishing it as a novel. The prologue and the epilogue of the book
will describe the fictional
content
of the conditions under which this book was to be published. I think
that you will
find it
much more interesting using this format, and it will make you think about
its
implications with much greater reality.
The
prologue and epilogue will also give you much more insight into the writing
style that I
use for
all of my novels. You always have to read my material with a careful
eye, because
everything is not always as it appears. I use twist and turns in my
storylines that will always
keep you
guessing. And, more often than not, once you have read my books and
apparently
figured
everything out, there will be something in the forever present epilogues
that may
completely change everything that you thought, or bring a new twist to the
story. They are
written
much like some movies end. After the credits begin rolling, suddenly,
a snippet scene
pops up
and new insight is given about the ending. You then find yourself
faced with the
inevitable decision to read the sequel book. As you may guess, I loved
the black and white
serials
that they played in the movies as I was growing up. Just as the main
character is
faced
with certain doom, the words "Continued Next Week" appear on the screen.
You
will
experience a similar effect in many of my books.
This new
format would tie in very nicely with the other novels that I have been
writing, and
I am really
excited about the possibilities.
Some of you may not know it, but I have been working on two trilogies of
novels, and have
storylines written for a half dozen other novels as well. However,
everything depends on the
success of the first novel.
For those of you who know me well, this may surprise you, but of my three
passions, dancing
is a distant third to writing and singing.

THE
NIGHTLY PLANET SHOOTS TWO TEST
GALLERIES WITH REPAIRED CAMERA
(07/25/10) Two galleries were shot last night
at the Dance City Ballroom dance at
Academy Ballroom in Buckhead. I have
seen the photos and they look good. They were
the first photos shot with the repaired camera
that was worked on today.
In the last couple of weeks, numerous problems
came up. The camera flash failed to give me
the consistency that was needed for exhibition
and showcase events. A flash card malfunctioned.
And, my computer crashed. However, they
have all been resolved, everything has been recovered,
and everything is now back to normal.
For those of you interested, the galleries
will be posted this weekend, and one of them has
been selected for the Home Page photo for
Monday morning.

ROCKY
PROCESSES
FIRST PHOTO GALLERY SINCE EYE
SURGERY
(07/24/10) The processing and posting is now complete
of my first photo gallery since
eye surgery. Since it will be six more weeks
before I can get glasses prescribed, it
was still too much eye strain for me to do at one
time. Therefore, I will begin
processing photos at a rate of about one photo or two
at a time, and continually
adding them to individual galleries. I
anticipate picking back up on the Daza Dance
Showcase this weekend, very slowly.
The gallery I posted tonight is the gallery that I
shot at the Daza Buckhead
Premier dance on the 10th of July. The photos
are now up and for sale, as usual.

beginning tonight.
The vast majority of the photos have been up longer than two months.

MISSED A HOME PAGE PHOTO:
CHECK ARCHIVES
(06/13/10) When photos are being
processed, the Home Page photo on this sight changes
daily. However, if you can't, the
Archives section has the last seven photos that appeared
on the Home Page.
Don't forget to check this sight daily as it
is updated daily, especially the Announcements
page. Recent changes are printed in red
for your convenience. The next day they are
changed to blue. That way, if you check
the sight daily, then you only have to look for red
links and red print. That makes it
extremely easy for you, especially if you make the
The Nightly Planet your Home Page on your web
browser.

IMAGE DOWNLOADS NOW AVAILABLE
(07/16/10) Due to special requests, image
downloading is now available on all photos
offered through Photo Stock Plus. The feature
has been added to the normal pricing.
All you have to do is click on the option for "Image
Download" above the photo, where
the sizes are listed.
The advantage of image downloading is that you can
download an original photo
and save it to your computer. Then burn a CD and
take it down to your handy dandy
photo processor, like Wolfe Camera, Fox, etc. and
print out as many hard copies as
you like for a fraction of the price you would pay for
a hard copy photo.
This feature is available now, and the price is only
$14.99 for a download.

have not been following this series, I
highly recommend that you begin with the Preview

work forward from there. Each article builds on
the previous articles and it is very important
to read them in order to understand the logic behind
the thinking in the following articles.
Once completed, it is my intention to publish the
entire collection into a book.
Once that book has been printed, I plan on turning my
attention away from politics to focus
on the novels that I have been working on the
background. My retirement years will
